Recipe FAQs

Can I substitute the blue cheese?

Yes, you can use feta or more cheddar instead of blue cheese. This offers different flavor profiles.

How spicy are these muffins?

The spiciness depends on the type and amount of Buffalo sauce used. For milder muffins, reduce the sauce or choose a mild variety.

What is the best chicken to use?

Cooked and shredded chicken breast works well. Rotisserie chicken can be used for convenience and added flavor.

Are these muffins gluten-free?

No, they contain wheat flour. Consider gluten-free flour blends for a wheat-free option.

What dips go well with these muffins?

Ranch dressing pairs nicely, but blue cheese dip or even plain Greek yogurt work well for dipping.

Can I make the muffins ahead?

Yes, prepare and bake ahead. Store in an airtight container and reheat before serving for best flavor.
