# Directions:

04 - Gently fold the yolk mixture into the whipped whites, maintaining as much aeration as possible.
05 - Divide the batter evenly among separate bowls for each desired color. Add a few drops of gel food coloring to each, gently folding to distribute color.
06 - Spoon colorful portions onto the prepared baking sheet, arranging side by side to achieve a rainbow effect. Optionally, swirl lightly with a spatula for a marbled appearance.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes, until set and lightly golden.
