# Directions:

01 - Use a sharp knife or snowflake cookie cutter to cut snowflake shapes into 2 tortillas to serve as the tops.
02 - Place the other 2 whole tortillas on a clean surface and evenly sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over each, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Add optional fillings if desired.
03 - Cover each cheese-layered tortilla with a snowflake-cut tortilla.
04 - Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook one quesadilla for 2 to 3 minutes until the bottom is golden and the cheese begins to melt.
05 - Carefully flip and cook the other side for 2 to 3 minutes until golden and cheese is fully melted.
06 - Remove the first quesadilla and repeat cooking steps with the second assembled quesadilla.
07 - Allow quesadillas to cool slightly, cut into wedges, and serve with sour cream and salsa.
