Giraffe Tall Cracker Stack (Printable Version)

A fun stack of crackers layered with cheese and fresh veggies, perfect for playful snacks or light bites.

# Ingredient List:

→ Crackers

01 - 20 rectangular whole-grain crackers

→ Cheese

02 - 8 slices cheddar cheese
03 - 8 slices Swiss cheese

→ Fruit & Vegetables

04 - 1 large cucumber
05 - 1 large carrot
06 - 1 yellow bell pepper
07 - 16 black olives, pitted

→ Extras

08 - 2 tablespoons cream cheese
09 - 8 fresh chive stems

# Directions:

01 - Wash and peel the cucumber and carrot. Slice the cucumber into thin, long strips. Cut the carrot into thin matchsticks. Slice the yellow bell pepper into thin strips.
02 - Place one cracker as the base and spread a thin layer of cream cheese evenly on top.
03 - Top the base cracker with a slice of cheddar cheese, a few cucumber strips, and a couple of carrot matchsticks.
04 - Place another cracker on top, spread a thin layer of cream cheese, add a slice of Swiss cheese, a few yellow bell pepper strips, and two black olive slices.
05 - Repeat the layering sequence until stacking 5 crackers, alternating cheese and vegetables to enhance color and flavor.
06 - Insert a chive stem alongside the stack to mimic a giraffe's neck. Place an olive slice at the top as the head and two small carrot pieces as horns (ossicones).
07 - If needed, secure the stack using a toothpick. Repeat this process to assemble a total of four stacks.
08 - Serve immediately to preserve the fresh texture and colors.
