# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The dressing tastes restaurant-quality but comes together in your blender in under five minutes.
  • Those air-fried chickpeas hit the sweet spot between crispy on the outside and creamy within, no deep fryer required.
  • It's genuinely good for you, packed with fresh herbs and protein, but feels like an indulgence instead of a health phase.
02 -
  • Never dress this salad more than five minutes before serving unless you want a wilted, soggy outcome—the greens surrender quickly to the moisture.
  • Those chickpeas will soften if they sit in the salad for more than a few minutes, so add them as the last step right before eating or serving.
03 -
  • Invest in a good salad spinner or at least pat your greens completely dry—water is the enemy of crispy salads and a crispy coating of dressing.
  • Make a double batch of dressing because once people try it, they'll ask for it on everything, and you'll want it on hand for that exact moment.
