→ For the Creamy Garlic Sauce
10 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise
11 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
12 - 1 garlic clove, minced
13 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice or vinegar

# Directions:
01 - Cut chicken thighs into uniform bite-sized pieces. Combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Add chicken and thoroughly coat. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for optimal flavor infusion.
02 - Blend mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, lemon juice or vinegar, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl until smooth. Refrigerate until serving time.
03 - If using skewers, thread marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, spacing each piece slightly for even cooking.
04 - Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Arrange chicken bites on the grill and cook 4 to 5 minutes per side, until golden exterior and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
