# Directions:
01 - Wash cucumbers, tomatoes, and onion thoroughly. Slice cucumbers into thin rounds, halve the tomatoes, and thinly slice the onion.
02 - In a separate bowl, whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Stir in red pepper flakes if desired.
03 - Place sliced cucumbers, halved tomatoes, and onion into a large mixing bowl.
