# Directions:
01 - Dissolve organic cane sugar in filtered water inside a clean glass jar. Add water kefir grains or ginger bug along with fresh lemon juice. Stir using a non-metallic spoon until ingredients are fully combined.
02 - Cover jar with a breathable fabric or coffee filter secured by a rubber band. Allow mixture to ferment at room temperature (68–77°F) for 24 to 48 hours, until the liquid develops gentle fizz and tangy notes.
03 - Remove and strain water kefir grains or ginger bug using a fine mesh strainer. Reserve cultures for future batches if desired.
04 - In a pitcher, combine the fermented base with fresh orange juice, fresh lime juice, and mint leaves. Stir gently to mix flavors evenly.
05 - Fill serving glasses with ice cubes, pour mocktail over, and garnish each drink with an orange slice and extra mint leaves if preferred.
