01 - Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
02 - Combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey, melted butter, vanilla, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is cohesive. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan and refrigerate while preparing the gummies.
03 - Pour fruit juice into a small saucepan. Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over the surface and allow it to bloom for 5 minutes. Warm gently over low heat, stirring until gelatin is fully dissolved.
