# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cream butter and powdered sugar until fluffy, then mix in vanilla. Sift in flour and salt; combine to form dough. Roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness and cut into shapes. Press edible flowers onto cookies gently. Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool completely.
02 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease mini muffin tin. Beat butter and sugar until light. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in lemon juice and zest. Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt; mix until combined. Portion batter into muffin cups. Bake 12–15 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool and garnish with edible flower petals.
