# Directions:

02 - Add the diced onions to the skillet with the reserved bacon fat. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the onions become deep golden and caramelized, about 20–25 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.
03 - In a mixing bowl, blend the caramelized onions, crisp bacon, and sour cream thoroughly until fully incorporated.
04 - Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled accompanied by chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
