# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil, then set a wire rack on top.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together buttermilk, egg, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken wings, toss to coat, and marinate at least 15 minutes or refrigerate up to 2 hours for more flavor.
03 - Place crushed Flamin’ Hot pretzels in a large shallow bowl and flour in a separate bowl.
04 - Remove each wing from marinade, dredge lightly in flour, then press firmly into pretzel crumbs to coat all sides.
05 - Transfer coated wings to the prepared rack. Drizzle or lightly spray with vegetable oil for added crispness.
06 - Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, turning halfway through, until wings are golden, crisp, and cooked thoroughly.
