# Directions:

01 - Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly over the shrimp.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter with olive oil.
03 - Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant, avoiding browning.
04 - Arrange shrimp in a single layer and cook 2 to 3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
05 - Stir in crushed red pepper flakes (if using), lemon zest, and lemon juice. Add the remaining tablespoon of butter and swirl until melted.
06 - Take the skillet off heat to prevent overcooking.
07 - Divide cooked rice evenly among four bowls.
08 - Top each bowl with garlic butter shrimp and drizzle sauce over the rice.
09 - Sprinkle fresh parsley and add lemon wedges for garnish. Serve immediately.
