# Directions:

01 - Set oven temperature to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

03 - Add rolled oats, ground cinnamon if using, and salt to the banana mixture. Stir until evenly combined.
04 - Gently fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips to the mixture.
05 - Use heaping tablespoons to scoop dough onto prepared sheet, flattening slightly with the back of a spoon.
06 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until edges are lightly golden and cookies are set.
07 - Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
