# Directions:

02 - Fold the chopped spinach and artichoke hearts into the cheese mixture until evenly distributed.
03 - Arrange sourdough slices and spread a generous layer of the spinach artichoke mixture over four slices, topping each with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
04 - Place the remaining bread slices atop the prepared ones, forming four sandwiches.
05 - Apply softened unsalted butter evenly on the outside faces of each sandwich.
06 - Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat, then cook sandwiches for 3 to 4 minutes per side, pressing gently, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese inside is melted.
