14 - 1 tsp sesame oil
15 - 1 clove garlic, minced
16 - 1 tsp freshly grated ginger

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, sriracha, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined to avoid tough meatballs.
03 - Shape the mixture into 20 uniform meatballs and place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until meatballs are browned and cooked through.
05 - While meatballs bake, combine honey, soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a small saucepan. Simmer over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
06 - Remove meatballs from the oven and immediately toss in the warm glaze, ensuring even coating.
07 - Serve the glazed meatballs hot, optionally garnished with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
