# Ingredient List:

→ Coffee

01 - 1 ½ cups cold brew coffee or strong chilled coffee

→ Tahini Blend

02 - 3 tablespoons well-stirred tahini
03 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, to taste
04 - ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
05 - Pinch of sea salt

→ Milk & Ice

06 - ½ cup plant-based milk, such as almond, oat, or soy
07 - 1 cup ice cubes

# Directions:

01 - In a small bowl or pitcher, whisk together tahini, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth and cohesive.
02 - Fill two tall glasses evenly with ice cubes.
03 - Divide cold brew coffee between the prepared glasses.
04 - Add the tahini blend to each glass and stir thoroughly to integrate flavors.
05 - Top with plant-based milk and gently stir to achieve a creamy consistency.
06 - Taste and modify sweetness as desired. Serve chilled.
